Some exciting changes with regard to KB3CVS:

Top Stories

• KB3CVS.COM is born!
  This new web domain was registered, and a new website was created.  Originally, our KB3CVS website was hosted using provisions from our Internet Service Provider, but they proved to be difficult to use, and without enough storage space.

 

Additional New Items

• Due to building a new Garage in 2008 (In Maryland), the original GAP Titan DX vertical antenna was taken down.  After a couple of projects, re-roofing the house, and rebuilding the front porch structures, a new GAP Titan DX antenna was procured and installed.  Still some assembly and tuning issues, but for the most part, complete. (January 2008 - July 2009)
• Moved to Virginia (2015).  Using a variety of ad-hoc temporary antennas (G5RV 10-160m, Comet CHA250B, etc.)  Working on installing Titan DX.
• Planning to install a Rohn Tower.  Have to dig and pour cement for the base.
• Tried working with the local Boy Scouts District, and became a Unit Commissioner.  Was hoping to help create a Amateur Radio Venture Crew, but that didn't work out, and I terminated my involvement with the local District.  It's a shame, I think a Amateur Radio Venture Crew would have been great in this area.
